Some of the entries may be entered in the lists more than once, this is due to the parties making more than on entry or putting notices in multiple newspapers, all duplicate entries have been included as some entries may contain more information when listed in newspapers that are not local to the parents address.

The newspaper entries do not contain the first names of the infant, but by going to the New Zealand Government Birth Death and Marriage, Historical Website https://www.bdmhistoricalrecords.dia.govt.nz/Home/ and entering the information into their search engine, it will give you the first names of the child. With the information you receive from this search and the information given from the newspaper entries you have if not all, nearly all of the information given on a birth certificate printout.
